Holland personal injury attorney Jason Weiss of Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. recently had an
article published in the Winter 2016 Bucks County Bar Association magazine.
The article, entitled “Tech Tips from a Recovering Geek: Keyboard Over Mouse,” shares his experience transitioning from IT professional to law
student, and how surprising it was to discover that many in the legal
profession had difficulty maintaining and operating a computer. Seeing
an opportunity, Mr. Weiss identified common areas of inefficiency and
put together a brief list of common keyboard shortcuts designed to make
it easier for typists to complete various tasks without the use of a mouse.
Mr. Weiss explains that these shortcuts could save up to eight days a
year per employee by avoiding the estimated two seconds it takes to switch
from keyboard to mouse.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Weiss earned a Bachelor of Science degree
in Information Sciences and Technology from Pennsylvania State University.
He also has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems
from the University of Phoenix.
Follow the link above to view the full text of the article. We hope you
find these tips both helpful and time saving!
