Ana R. Amarante-Craig

Mrs. Amarante-Craig is a Shareholder at HGSK Injury Lawyers, P.C. Throughout her career spanning almost 30 years, she has gained a stellar reputation as a skilled litigator. Her trial skills were initially honed as an Assistant District Attorney in the specialized Domestic Violence and Sex Crimes Trial Bureau at the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. Thereafter, she has dedicated her career to championing the cases of individuals who have been harmed by the negligence of others, efforts which secured her a membership within the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which are organizations whose results-based membership is comprised of less than 1% of all US lawyers.

Ana has also been recognized as a tireless advocate of, and educator to, the underrepresented minority communities. She has been a featured radio guest at La Mega in Allentown, La Rumba Radio Station in Reading, and at WLCH Radio Centro in Lancaster educating the communities of Lehigh, Berks, and Lancaster counties about their legal rights in the area of personal injury. She has also written for El Palo Magazine, which is a bilingual publication serving the Greater Reading region. Moreover, she has been among the presenting speakers at the annual Pennsylvania Latino Convention every year since its inception in 2017, and in 2022 was one of the keynote speakers of said event’s Women’s Leadership Luncheon.

Additionally, since 2017, she has served as a Committee Member of the annual fundraising efforts of La Comunidad Hispana, (LCH), in Kennett Square, which is a non-profit agency that provides medical and social services to the Chester County community. Since 2019, she has also conducted bi-monthly legal clinics at LCH, and in 2021 joined their Mission Advancement Committee. As of 2022, she has also volunteered bi-monthly at the Mexican Consulate of Philadelphia answering legal questions on a wide array of civil topics. In April of 2023, she was invited to join the Board of Directors of Kennett Area Community Services, an entity which fights homelessness and food insecurity in Chester County. A year later, in April of 2024, she was elected as the President of KACS’ Board of Directors, which marked the first time a person of Hispanic ancestry had served in such a capacity for KACS in their 70 years of operation. Ana served her term at KACS with distinction until its conclusion on September 30, 2025.

Ana’s longstanding commitment and contributions to the Latino communities of Pennsylvania have been recognized throughout the Commonwealth. In 2022, she was named among the Power 100 Who’s Who in Latino Pennsylvania, and had the distinction of being listed under the category of Public Service- Models of Excellence. Additionally, in November of 2022, at the ExpoFe USA convention, she received a Latino Diamond Award in the category of Empresarial Diamante. In 2023, she was selected for inclusion in the Pennsylvania Latino/a Oral History Project conducted by the Department of Latino/a Studies at Pennsylvania State University. Her interview has been archived within the network of libraries at Pennsylvania State University.

Moreover, in June of 2023, Ana was selected by Governor Shapiro to represent Chester County for a two-year term as part of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs, (GACLA). Within said term, she was then chosen to Co-Chair the Leadership Development subcommittee. In July of 2025, Ana was re-appointed to an additional 2 year term, and thereafter was chosen to be the Co-Chair of GACLA’s Economic Development Committee. In recognition of her dedication to her community, she was selected as the 2024 Community Service Award recipient by the Chester County Bar Association, which is an award that had never before been given by the Bar Association.

Scholastically, Ana is a triple business major graduate from Georgetown University. She then earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as a Mellon Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow. She is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Florida, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida, and for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. She loves to spend time with her family and is an avid collector of vintage accessories.
