We are pleased to announce that our very own
Attorney James Haggerty has been selected for inclusion in the 23rd edition of
The Best Lawyers in America ® list for Insurance Law. This achievement confirms his ability to
provide top-tier legal representation on behalf of his clients. Because
Best Lawyers is regarded as the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in
the legal arena, inclusion is by invite only. Selected attorneys have
been confidentially evaluated by professional peers.
More About
Best Lawyers
For more than 30 years,
Best Lawyers has earned the respect of the media, public, and profession, as the most
unbiased and reliable source for legal referrals. The lists issued by
Best Lawyers are compiled after the foundation has conducted extensive peer-review
surveys. During the process, thousands of leading attorneys complete these
surveys. Lawyers selected for inclusion have received positive enough
votes from their colleagues. To remain on the list in each subsequent
edition, lawyers must maintain those votes. As a result, attorneys are
not permitted to pay for inclusion or to participate in these surveys.
The 23rd Edition includes 54,905 lawyers in 140 different practice areas, and covers
the District of Columbia and all 50 states. The inclusion of the 2014
publication is based on over 7.3 million evaluations of attorneys by other
attorneys.
