James C. Haggerty Re-Appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania

James C. Haggerty was recently re-appointed by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to a new three year term on the Disciplinary Board. This Board, comprised of 13 individuals in the state, is charge with the responsibility of administering and recommending discipline to attorneys who violate the code of ethics and the rules of disciplinary enforcement. He has served on the Board since 2015.
