HGSK partner, Mark J. Kogan, resolved a case by way of a full Compromise and Release for $190,000.00. Our client was injured while lifting heavy furniture at his job. His injury required multiple surgeries to his shoulder and neck. This was a resolution directly between Mr. Kogan and the workers’ compensation carrier without the need for lengthy litigation.
