A. Harold Datz, who is Of Counsel to Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer, &
Kupersmith, P.C., will be presented with the PNC Achievement Award at
the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Annual Meeting Luncheon, which
will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015. The PNC Achievement Award honors
important accomplishments in refining the administration of justice.
A. Harold Datz has served the community in the greater Philadelphia area
as an assistant district attorney, and continues to serve the legal community
in private practice. He served as the 2015 chair during a record year
of the Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention.
He has demonstrated his commitment by evaluating and investigating those
seeking to be elected to the Municipal Court of Philadelphia County and
the Court of Common Pleas.

Kupersmith, P.C. with invaluable insight. A seasoned litigator with thousands
of successful cases to his credit, he now brings his extensive legal knowledge
to our firm. He is the recipient of several accolades and awards for his
numerous contributions to the legal field.
The luncheon will commence at 12:00 P.M. at the Hyatt hotel. Gaetan J.
Alfano, Philadelphia Bar Association Chancellor-Elect and partner with
Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP will outline his
plans for 2016 at this event.
Mr. Datz recently completed his thirteenth year of service on the Philadelphia
Bar Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection.
