A. Harold Datz Appointed to Philadelphia Bar Association Judicial Commission Task Force

A. Harold Datz, Of Counsel to the law firm Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C. has been appointed to the Philadelphia Bar Association Judicial Commission Task Force. The Task Force was created by Chancellor William P. Fedullo to make recommendations on measures to improve the Bar Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention.
Mr. Datz continues to serve as vice-Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Commission on Judicial Selection and Retention. He has previously served as Chair of the Commission four times and vice-Chair twice.
Mr. Datz is an experienced trial lawyer handling personal injury cases, including premises liability and automobile liability, in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania. He has been included in the 2009 Super Lawyers list and has held a number of leadership positions within the local and state legal community over the past 25 years.
